Gain clarity about your speaking fear and preparing you for your journey to overcome it. Here you will assess your own speaking, and the roots from where your fear stems through a series of exercises.

Module 2: Ignite Your Thoughts

In this Module we work on changing your negative, unhealthy thoughts about speaking in public into constructive and positive thoughts. We’ll get rid of the negative self-talk that’s been undermining your ability to achieve and replace these with positive coping statements. You need to learn how to assess you own performances in a more realistic and accurate manner about the way you think about yourself and your speaking ability.

Module 3: Relaxation And Control

Will give you the tools and techniques to be in control in the moment with solid breathing techniques. You'll be amazed what effective breathing can do to keep your thoughts clear, pace your content, keep your nerves at bay and present you as an expert in your field.

Module 4: Body Language

Broadcasting confidence through your body, your movements, your expressions and your ability to MOVE freely. This includes learning the 5 points of effective stage use that work for any size of room and audience!

Module 5: Achieving Influence

Your Voice is your most important communication asset. How you sound is more important than what you say. If you CAN'T deliver your message SOUNDING confident, you will NOT come across to your audience as BEING confident. Establish your credibility and confidence by developing your vocal power and potential.

Module 6: In The Moment Of Fear

Worried about how to handle yourself in the moment of presenting when anxiety looms its ugly head? This module will give you techniques to handle the unexpected, deal with panic and prepare yourself for your speaking engagements.

Module 7: Curtain Call

Finally, we put all of this into practice and get you prepared for getting out there and getting your voice heard.
